The Big Apple turns Tartan when Tartan Day on Ellis Island - At the South Seaport - officially opens NY Tartan Week on Saturday, March 30, 2013.
 
With exhibitions, fashion shows, two gala awards dinners, whisky tastings, a parade and lots of live music – it must be Tartan Week - make that Tartan Fortnight - in New York City. In addition to Clan Currie’s annual observance of Tartan Day, Tartan Week in New York will again offer something for everyone.
